NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fran took a breath. Fanatics Casino didn't. Today, Fanatics Casino debuts the next chapter of "The House Always Rewards," its brand platform starring Academy Award–nominated actress Taraji P. Henson as Fran, the long-suffering Head of Accounting and the only person at Fanatics Casino who thinks the house gives back too much. This time, her problem has seven levels.

The new campaign centers on the launch of Fanatics ONE Casino Rewards, a seven-level program that rewards players more as they play. Progress unlocks FanCash Multipliers, Casino Credit offers, Mystery Drops, weekly Bet & Get FanCash, and entry to weekly sweepstakes, with FanCash redeemable for Casino Credit, Bonus Bets, exclusive Fanatics apparel, and more. For players, it's the most rewarding version of Fanatics Casino yet. For Fran, Fanatics Casino's penny-pinching accountant, it's a personal crisis, and this time she can't escape it: not in the office, not at the coffee shop, not even at the spa.

Building on the creative partnership with Henson that launched in Spring 2026, the campaign marks the next chapter for Fran, cementing her as a long-term comedic character at the center of the brand. The platform is built around one idea: they say the house always wins, but at Fanatics Casino, the house always rewards.

To bring Fran's increasingly rewarding world to life, Fanatics Casino cast a lineup of talent pulled directly from culture. Kaitlyn Bristowe, the television personality and podcast host who led one of the most-watched seasons of "The Bachelorette"; Kameron Saunders, the dancer and choreographer who became a global fan favorite on Taylor Swift's Eras Tour; Austen Kroll, the "Southern Charm" star and entrepreneur; and Louie Fevola, the Brooklyn-born creator known for his unfiltered storytelling about his big life; all appear as Fran's insufferably enthusiastic coworkers, colleagues who simply cannot stop asking her if she's heard about the new rewards program.

The latest edition of this entertaining and light hearted campaign rolls out across TV, online video, social, digital, and out-of-home. In the first of the broadcast executions "Did You Hear?", Fran can't even eat her lunch or use the restroom without a coworker gushing about the new seven-tier program. In the second TV spot, "Rewards Daymare," FanCash Spins, Fanatics Casino's free to play game, as well as jackpots and wider generosity follow Fran around the office, across a skyline of billboards, into her coffee order, and all the way to the massage table. Each cast member will also share original social content from the world of the campaign, extending Fran's universe across their own channels and giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at life inside the most rewarding office in America.

"Fran works because everyone around her is genuinely thrilled, and she is genuinely not," said Michael Afflick, VP Marketing at Fanatics Casino. "Casting Louis, Kameron, Kaitlyn, and Austen let us fill Fran's world with people audiences already know and love, each bringing their own comedic energy to the one question Fran never wants to hear again: did you hear about the new rewards program?"

The new Fanatics ONE Casino Rewards program is now live on the Fanatics Sports and Casino app. As players advance through the program's seven levels, they unlock progressively better rewards, including:

  • FanCash Multipliers: Earn FanCash faster on featured games as you level up.
  • Casino Credit Offers: Unlock Casino Credit rewards that grow with each new level.
  • Mystery Drops: Surprise rewards available across all seven levels.
  • Weekly Sweepstakes: Higher levels unlock access to exclusive weekly sweepstakes.
  • FanCash Flexibility: Redeem FanCash for Casino Credit, Bonus Bets, exclusive apparel, and more.

Available in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, the Fanatics Casino app can be downloaded on iOS and Android or played online. Fanatics Casino players can explore a wide array of classic and modern casino games, including slots, blackjack, roulette, progressive jackpots and video poker, with more than 2,500 games from 40 game providers and 100 studios.
